Looking for an experienced Quality Technician for position in the Aerospace Industry.
1st Shift
Monday-Friday
$17-19-Based on Experience
Job Summary
The Quality Technician position is responsible for performing all duties necessary to inspect and verify materials and products meet the applicable requirements and to record all results and notify appropriate personnel of any discrepancies
This can include performing measurement system analysis, dimensional studies, auditing, root cause and corrective actions, first article inspections, receiving inspection or becoming a designated supplier quality representative
Fulltime 1 st Shift - OT as required
Responsibilities:
- Be able to read and follow written instructions.
- Proficient in the use of handheld measurement equipment such as Calipers, Micrometers, Indicators, etc.
- Be able to read simple engineering drawings and interpret specifications.
- Responsible for timely completion of assigned jobs
- Comply with safety and OSHA regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- Ethical Conduct
- Communication Proficiency
- Results Driven self-starter
- Ability to work within a team and support the site.
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing inspection environment is preferred
- High School Diploma / GED required.
- Must be computer literate and be able to use Microsoft Office products Excel, Word, Outlook
- Must possess 20/25 or better near vision with or without corrective lenses and be able to pass a color vision test.
