THE VITAL ROLE YOU HAVE

As a Youth Development Specialist, your days will be a whirlwind of excitement and fulfillment. Imagine crafting captivating educational and recreational programs that spark curiosity and growth. Envision the smiles and aha moments as you provide one-on-one mentoring, building meaningful connections that inspire confidence and self-discovery. Collaborate seamlessly with our dynamic team to create a vibrant, inclusive learning environment where young minds thrive. You will pick up local elementary students and transport them to CUP using our short bus (no CDL required). You'll foster deep connections with families, schools, and community partners, making a tangible impact on the lives of underserved youth. Whether tracking individual progress, fine-tuning strategies, or ensuring a safe, nurturing space, your dedication will echo through the halls, shaping the holistic development of the next generation and leaving an indelible mark on their journey toward a brighter future.

THE TYPE OF YOUTH DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST THAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Ask yourself: Are you committed to empowering youth from diverse backgrounds? Can you create engaging programs that promote growth? If you answered "yes" to these questions and have the following qualifications, we need you as our Youth Development Specialist

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Physical ability to engage with children in various activities

Having previous experience working with children is a plus
