Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Jira Admin to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing an on prem Jira instance, fixing tickets, and providing helpdesk support. You will also be the main point of contact for all things Jira, supporting over 100 users. The company is looking for someone who has experience with both on-prem and cloud-based Jira instances, and who can make recommendations for improvements. This will be an initial 6 month contract position with likelihood of long term extension.

Required Skills for Jira Admin
  • Senior level Jira administration experience
  • Experience supporting 100+ users with Jira
  • On-prem Jira instance experience
  • Cloud Jira instance experience
  • Experience with administration/configuration as well as helpdesk type of support within Jira
