We are seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide skilled rehab in the patient's home. This position offers a flexible daytime schedule, career development opportunities, and a chance to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives. As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will assess and develop therapeutic programs, collaborate with the patient's physician and healthcare team, provide therapeutic treatment and instruction, consult on vocationally oriented plans, and more. The ideal candidate will have a degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, a minimum of six months of occupational therapy experience, current and unrestricted OT licensure, and good organizational and communication skills.
