Occupational Therapist

About the Role:

CenterWell Home Health is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients in their homes to help them regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' daily living and work-related skills and develop therapeutic retraining programs.
  • Administer and interpret diagnostic and prognostic tests to assist the physician in evaluating patient function.
  • Confer with the patient's physician and other healthcare team members to develop and revise the Plan of Care.
  • Provide therapeutic treatment and instruction to patients in accordance with physician orders.
  • Review and expand retraining programs to meet patient goals and rehabilitation program guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
  • Minimum of six months of occupational therapy experience preferred.
  • Home Health experience a plus.
  • Current and unrestricted OT licensure.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
