Trulite is GROWINGWe are looking for Customer Service Rep based at ourSalt Lake City, UTlocation. $18-$20hr

Entry level position that provides customer service support to customers for job site deliveries, a-rack deliveries, and case deliveries. Initiates and/or implements corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. Must work with all departments to make sure that shipments aren’t delayed and are sent to customers as fast as possible.

A fast learner, organized, and customer service oriented.

Skills You Bring:

  • Proven working experience in customer service.
  • Must be able to multi-task, be organized, efficient, and accurate.
  • Must have excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal, conflict management, and time management skills.
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Listening skills and data collection with attention to detail are essential.
