Duration: Full-Time, Contract-To-Hire

Shift: 1st and 2nd Shift

Pay Rate: Up to $32.00/hour (Depending on Experience and shift preference)

What You'll Do:
    • Innovative Installations: Lead the way in installing and modifying electrical systems in line with local and national codes.
    • Blueprint Mastery: Skillfully interpret diagrams and blueprints to plan efficient, reliable, and aesthetically pleasing installations.
    • Problem Solver: Use your journeyman electrician skills to tackle electrical challenges, occasionally extending to mechanical systems like air-conditioning and refrigeration.
    • Precision & Cleanliness: Maintain a spotless work environment both in the shop and on-site, ensuring safety and orderliness.
    • Versatility: Handle various tasks, from following project specifications to managing the cleanliness and organization of work areas.
    • Safe Practices: Adhere to all safety procedures and complete necessary paperwork, always demonstrating exemplary work habits.
    • Continuous Learning: Attend training sessions to stay updated on the latest industry practices and safety protocols.
Travel Requirements:
    • Expect occasional travel to job sites, around 10-20%. A valid driver's license is necessary. For these trips, we typically provide rental cars.
Education & Experience Levels:
    • Electrician I: High school diploma, vocational-technical training, or equivalent. 0-2 years of commercial electrical experience preferred. Working toward an Electrician License is preferred.
    • Electrician II: High school diploma, vocational-technical training, or equivalent. 2-4 years of commercial electrical experience preferred. Working toward an Electrician License is preferred.
    • Electrician III: High school diploma, vocational-technical training, or equivalent. 4+ years of commercial electrical experience preferred. Must have a journeyman's license or above through DPOR.

    • Expertise: In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and a knack for bending conduits using hand, mechanical, or hydraulic benders.
    • Tool Mastery: Proficiency with power tools, saws, threaders, and any equipment associated with the electrical industry.
    • Leadership: Experience in supervising teams and managing complex electrical maintenance and repair projects.
    • Dedication: A commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality work.
Education & Training:
    • Safety and process training are provided.
    • Regular evaluations to support your growth and development.
