What You'll Do:

  • Content Creation (30%): Develop, write, and design engaging posts for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Scheduling & Posting (30%): Use social media management tools to schedule and publish content.
  • Video Editing (20%): Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels to boost engagement and maintain brand consistency.
  • Trend Monitoring (10%): Keep up with social media trends and best practices, especially in video content.
  • Community Engagement (5%): Respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms.
  • Event Coverage (5%): Attend company events to capture content for social media.
What You'll Bring:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of Canva and Instagram.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Internship Details:
  • Hours: Up to 10 hours per week, with flexible scheduling.
  • Compensation: Unpaid, but offers academic credit.
  • Location: Primarily traveling between Career Service Center (Santa Ana) and Hanger Outlet Stores in Garden Grove and Costa Mesa, with occasional virtual shifts.
