In this part-time role, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of 15-18 clients and providing neurofeedback services primarily through in-person sessions, with some telehealth options available. Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to address trauma-related issues in individuals
• Monitor and assess the progress of patients undergoing neurofeedback treatment
• Perform intake evaluations for individuals seeking neurofeedback therapy services
• Lead therapy sessions for individuals managing PTSD, depression, and anxiety
• Manage a caseload of 15-18 clients
• Ensure the maintenance of accurate and timely clinical records
• Engage in clinical consultations, Neurofeedback clinical rounds, and educational training sessions
• Develop specialized knowledge in integrating neurofeedback with EMDR and other therapeutic approaches
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills, consistency, and punctuality

Qualifications

• To be considered for the Part-Time Associate Licensed Therapist position in Branford, CT, US, candidates must possess an Associate-level license in psychotherapy specific to Connecticut, such as LMSW or LPCA.
• The role requires training in EMDR or other trauma-focused therapies, or the willingness to undergo such training.
• Candidates must adhere to ethical standards within the field of psychotherapy.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this position.
• Proficiency in utilizing an Electronic Health Record and timely documentation is preferred.
