Hospital services include heart and vascular care, women’s services, a Level III neonatal intensive care unit, orthopedics and sports medicine, pain management, emergency medicine, and a weight loss surgery program. Education Other Graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program Req Experience 6 Months in an acute care hospital setting or completion of THR residency program Req Licenses and Certifications LVN - Licensed Vocational Nurse Upon Hire Req And BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Req Skills A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills and ability to function in a fast-paced environment. Supervision Individual Contributor ADA Requirements Extreme Noise 1-33% Working Indoors 67% or more Mechanical Hazards 34-66% Electrical Hazards 34-66% Fume/Odor Hazards 1-33% Dust/Mites Hazards 1-33% Chemical Hazards 1-33% Wet Hazards 1-33% OSHA Tasks involving exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues.
