Through coordination with various leaders, departments and interdisciplinary partners, you will drive patient outcomes through evidence-based practice.
Department Name
**Patient Population: ** Magnet Teaching facility which provides acute/complex cares . Core programs are Transplant, Cardiac, Oncology, and Women’s . High Case mix index and acuity . Mature rapid response program.
Patient Ratios : One RRT team member per shift coordinates with house supervisor team as well and unit leadership.
Number of Beds: 515 Bed Facility .
Department Specifics: Highly involved RRT department coordinates with various quality committees and leaders.

Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program

ALS- Advanced Life Support (required within 30 days of hire).

Critical Care experience 1 year required ; 2 years preferred.
