Assist with ensuring information radiators are up to date Assist with ensuring impediments are tracked Create special reports that compare team processes and performance Participate in facilitations with opportunities to lead Agile ceremonies, such as: daily standup, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint review, retrospective and or traditional meetings such as crossover project check ins and status updates. Qualifications Education/Certification: Moderate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Junior / Senior level college experience Experience: Moderate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint College-level study in a related field MIS, Computer Science, Business Management Skills and Abilities: High organizational skills Positive and friendly attitude Ability to adapt and change as the situation changes High interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills High emotional intelligence Desire to continuously learn PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Education/Certification: Junior / Senior level experience related to computer science, MIS, or related field.
