Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner, CRNP - Onsite Primary Health Clinic - Dayton, TN- Are you a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner, looking for an opportunity to work with a wonderful team? ProgressiveHealth, a premier provider of occupational and non-occupational health services is seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner to provide on-site care at a major manufacturer in Dayton, TN. What you will be doing: Provides episodic, acute, primary care, and preventative health care to employees. Conducts histories and physical examinations - making differential diagnosis and prescribes medications and/or medical treatments based on evidence-based practice standards. Coordinates referrals to appropriate medical resource or specialty as appropriate, orders and interprets laboratory and other diagnostic tests for patients. Develops treatment plans in collaboration with patients; educates and advises on medical issues as needed. Be readily available to give consultation in the provision of health care to patients Providing guidance and education to any additional clinical staff as appropriate Identifies emergency situations and provides care as defined by protocols that have been established; including acute injury management and suturing. Maintains pertinent records in timely and accurate manner for all patients per the proper electronic medical record or documentation source, including employer and OSHA regulated forms. Possess knowledge of workplace health and safety concepts and OSHA requirements. This does not necessarily list all responsibilities, duties, requirements, or efforts associated with the job. Schedule: PRN Mon-Friday Day Shift What you need for this position: Successful completion of a Nurse Practitioner program with Board Certification Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in state of practice location? Not currently have any professional disciplinary proceeding of any state or federal authorities or to any disciplinary action of any medical facility in any jurisdiction Has never been excluded, suspended, or otherwise sanctioned by Medicare, Medicaid, or any other third-party payor, nor listed on any state or government list of excluded individuals, parties, or specially designated nationals list as debarred, excluded, or otherwise ineligible for participation in government healthcare programs.
