Description

We are searching for an Account Executive to lead our Sales activities in the Pinellas & Pasco County area.The right person for this role should be an experienced home care or home health professional who can effectively direct the planning and implementation of the sales process by identifying and penetrating market opportunities to achieve revenue and admission goals.

Account Executive Responsibilities:
  • Guide the development and implementation of sales strategies and develop plans to enhance market share, operating margins and image to clients.
  • Review and analyze branch office admission and non-admission data and trends on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, per office, and per referral source.
  • Identify and grow relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, skilled care facilities, assisted living facilities, elder law attorneys, and senior communities.
  • Communicate with each VP of Marketing on a weekly basis to discuss sales strategies with their accounts.
  • Ensure targeting the accounts with the most potential as well as to create new territories when there are an ample number of under-served accounts.
  • Organize and arrange presentations, trade shows and networking events
  • Meets with referral sources to better understand needs.
Requirements

Account Executive Qualifications:
  • The ability and willingness to travel 75% of the time.
  • Business and/or marketing with extensive related field experience
  • Solid history of meeting sale goals, motivation for sales, territory management, strong presentation skills, performance management, building relationships, emphasizing excellence, negotiation, results driven, sales planning, manage profitability.
  • Must have established relationships and proven experience in sales/marketing within the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with referral sources and clients.
  • Must be detail-oriented, customer-focused, persistent, and confident demonstrating our services to healthcare professionals.
  • Minimum two years of experience in health care sales (preferably private duty home care)
  • Valid state driver's license and automobile insurance
