Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst and Power BI Developer to lead the delivery of technology solutions for key stakeholders.

This role involves managing a portfolio of projects, driving cross-functional team collaboration, and developing insightful Power BI dashboards.

The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership to implement technology roadmaps and key business initiatives while effectively communicating with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with C-suite level users and senior stakeholders.
  • Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring implementation plans remain on track.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and technology teams.
  • Lead high-priority projects to completion by mobilizing cross-functional teams.
  • Act as the primary contact for prioritization, resource allocation, and capacity planning for new projects.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to create a comprehensive technology roadmap to support scale and growth.
  • Conduct regular project reviews with stakeholders and the technology leadership team.
  • Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 7+ years of experience in technology consulting and delivery.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with leadership teams and collaborate with senior business leads.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience developing and delivering Power BI reports and analytics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with low-code/no-code application development platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and tools.
