Job Details:

ExactCare is seeking a PRN Field Phlebotomist to work in the homes with our Greater Cleveland complex patient base. This individual will perform routine blood and sample collections, while providing an exceptional in home experience. They will possess a high attention to detail as they will label and track all specimens collected. This individual will PRN with ExactCare at least two days a week within core business hours of 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.

This is field travel position. ExactCare reimburses at mileage at the current IRS rate.

Responsibilities

  • Perform specimen collections in the home
  • Verify collection requests and confirm necessary information prior to draws
  • Accurate labeling and tracking of all collections
  • Strong communication of essential information to appropriate personnel
  • Provide exceptional customer service in the home
  • Day travel throughout the Cleveland area
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Active phlebotomy certification must be produced prior to interview
  • At least six months of formal phlebotomy experience
  • In home care experience, preferred
  • Able to work in the field using personal vehicle
