Job Description

This position coordinates activities between the restaurant units, facilities technicians, office services, and outside vendors utilizing maintenance software (currently Corrigo). The position provides administrative support to the technicians and operations. The Facilities Coordinator coordinates and tracks required compliance inspections. The position completes other duties as assigned.

Key Accountabilities: List main responsibilities in order of importance. Should total 100%:

Accountability 1 - Schedules Facilities Technicians and Contractors activities.

50%

Accountability 2 - Researches equipment asset value to make recommendations to repair or replace equipment while controlling maintenance costs.

10%

Accountability 3 - Assists Facilities Technicians in ordering parts and equipment.

10%

Accountability 4 - Initiates new vendor setup in the maintenance software system (Corrigo) and manages all aspects of the maintenance software system .

20%

Accountability 5 -Monitors and coordinates compliance inspections

Accountability 6 -Submits payroll to the Area Coaches for approval. Works with Facilities Technicians to schedule time appropriately.
