Oracle EBS Functional Developer

Location: Stafford, VA (remote)

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with an Agile development team to design, configure, test, and implement RICECPW (Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Extensions, Configurations, Personalizations, and Workflows) solutions.
  • Lead requirements analysis and functional design across Oracle SCM modules, including CS, INV, IB, OM, WIP, BOM & FND.
  • Drive successful project delivery by documenting functional designs, conducting user acceptance testing, and preparing deployment instructions.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner, government SMEs, and FE teams to ensure timely and effective solution implementation.

What You Bring:

  • 8+ years of experience with Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management modules (R12/R11).
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science/IT-related/Technical field or equivalent experience.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to the nature of the project and security requirements.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle e-BS R12 and Oracle databases.
  • Functional knowledge of Oracle SCM modules, including CS, INV, IB, OM, WIP, BOM & FND.
  • Proficiency with Oracle tools such as PL/SQL, Reports, Forms, XML, SOA, BI Publisher, Alerts, and Workflow.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a collaborative team.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Marine Corps/DoD supply and maintenance processes.
  • Experience with Oracle Application Server (OAS) and Workflow (WF).
  • Knowledge of Oracle APEX and SOA/BPEL Programming is a plus.
