Job Description:

The Mixing UP will be responsible for filling in where needed in all jobs within mixing department according to daily production requirements. They are responsible for quality control of product through the stages under his or her control, maintaining communication with other mixing employees, maintenance, and supervisors, and working safely and effectively under the direction of the mixing or shift supervisor.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Weigh out and add correct amount of ingredients according to product formulas as per the run list.

  • Mixing batches of dough/frosting

  • Maintaining steady flow of cookies as dough shoveler

  • Dough Changeovers, Die Changes, Cart Cleaning & Belt Changes

  • Keep area clean

  • Lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent Basis

Shift Information:

B Shift - 7:00pm to 7:00 am working every other weekend. Every other weekend off. Rotational shift - scheduled working hours are 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next.

Pay Rate:

Starting rate is $23.77 per hour. After 6 months of employment, rate will increase to $24.27 per hour. Shift differential of $1.50 per hour.
