Job Description JOB SUMMARY: Cass Clay has immediate job openings for dependable CDL-A delivery truck drivers to operate a tractor-trailer safely and efficiently and manually unload/deliver various dairy products to customer locations on an assigned route schedule. Our drivers build relationships with each customer using their positive, friendly attitude and become familiar with their operations to meet needs and expectations. COMPENSATION: · $31.30 per hour · $6,000 sign-on bonus *$1,000-after 90 days, $2,000-after 6 months & $3,000-after 1 year SCHEDULE: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, & Saturday (10 hour shifts, start time at 4:00am, overtime as required) BENEFITS: · Union pension plan and employee funded 401(k) · All CDL-A delivery truck drivers have daily routes and are home nightly (remove if position requires layovers of any kind) · Paid vacation and holidays* · Comprehensive healthcare benefits · Service recognition and employee rewards · Employee referral program · Uniforms provided Requirements REQUIREMENTS: · High school diploma or GED preferred · One year related experience preferred · Valid Class-A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record · 21+ years of age · Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks · Ability to read, write and communicate in English · Ability to push, pull and lift up to 55 pounds · Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime as required, occasional weekends and holidays (if applicable – adjust as needed) Cass Clay is an Equal Opportunity Employer EEO is The Law Pay Range $31.30/hr
