MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Doctorate Degree (non MD) or Master's degree in Audiology may be accepted if graduated prior to 2007 1 year of experience Audiologist License (CA) BLS for Healthcare Providers, issued by the American Heart Association Dispensing Audiology license within one year of hire (Please note that this will not apply to current staff with an Audiology license, so long as they remain in their position) Ability and experience working independently, using critical thinking skills and processes to arrive at objective, strategic, results-oriented decisions within the context of patient care and department, division and organizational priorities PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 3 years of experience Two years clinical experience as practitioner in Audiology with emphasis in pediatric treatments The expected hiring range for this position is $43.57 to $59.91 Rady Children’s Hospital is committed to compensation that is externally competitive and internally equitable.
