Shift Details

Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

As a Nuclear Med Tech, you will independently perform Nuclear Medicine procedures with precision and care. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Utilizing proper techniques and administration of radiopharmaceuticals
  • Working within your scope of practice and licensure for medication administration, equipment operation, and venipuncture
  • Coordinating patient flow and activities within the Nuclear Medicine department
  • Ensuring radiation protection practices are followed
  • Exercising professional judgment to maintain equipment in optimal condition
  • Potentially performing procedures in other imaging modalities based on departmental needs
  • Fulfilling on-call responsibilities as required
Education & Qualifications

Minimum Level of Education Required: Associate degree
  • Type of degree: Allied Health
  • Area of study or major: Nuclear Medicine Technology
Licensure/Certification/Registration
  • CPR Certification required
  • Nuclear Medicine registry required
  • ODH licensure required
  • ARRT RT (R) registry and/or NMTCB required

Experience

Minimum Level of Experience Required: No prior job-related work experience required

Preferred Experience: One year of experience in the specialized field of Nuclear Medicine
