Essential Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth analyses of financial and operational data to uncover insights and trends Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the dispatch team and organization is meeting its goals Identify potential risks / process gaps and recommend solutions to mitigate them Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose complex issues and develop innovative solutions Ensure documents are controlled, updated, and communicated to all applicable team members Work closely with the General Manager to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction Prepare clear and concise reports to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership Support with accuracy of all expense coding involving the company credit card, ImageNow, and Amazon Qualifications: Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI) Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills Comprehensive understanding of financial statements, financial analysis and accounting principles Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in business administration or finance would be preferred Minimum of two years of relevant business improvement, business analysis, and financial analysis experience Work Conditions: This has the flexibility of being a remote position This position will require 25% travel Additional Information Ledcor Technical Services (LTS) designs, builds, and maintains wireline or wireless networks that span North America and beyond.
