Position Highlights:

• Position: Advanced Practice Provider, Internal Medicine, Medical Group

• Location: 1000 Central Street, Evanston, IL

• Full Time/Part Time: Full-time, 40 hours per week

• Hours: Days, Hours vary upon the need of the practice

What you will need:

• License: Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant Licensure (PA) in the State of IL required; Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required

• Education: Bachelor degree required; Master degree preferred.

• Certification: BLS/CPR certification required

• Experience: Prior APN/PA experience required; Experience in Adult Medicine, ER, Internal Medicine, or Hospitalist Medicine preferred, but all encouraged to apply as we are willing to train the right candidate.

What you will do:

• Provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatments under the protocol in the direct management of acute and chronic illness and disease

• Provide patient education to promote wellness and prevent illness and injury for individuals, families, and communities.

• Work autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams
