What you will need:
  • License: Advanced Practice Provider Licensure (APN/PA) in the State of IL required; Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required

  • Certification: BLS for Healthcare Provider certification required
  • Experience: Prior APP experience in neurology preferred
