Restoration and Mitigation Company is seeking an experienced Restoration Office Manager to provide leadership with strategic thinking and exemplify excellent customer service. Hire, train, and manage a team of office personnel while monitoring compliance and risk management. Communicate with management staff to stay updated on jobs, documentation, budgeting, and any customer issues.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

  • Team Management.
  • Coordinate and maintain company calendar and Franchise communication.
  • Compliance/Job File Audits.
  • Job/Scope Scheduling.
  • Company's software training for office/production personnel.
  • Estimating.
  • Job set-up.
  • Interviews.
  • Job schedule/On call schedule.
  • Online job posting.
  • Other duties as assigned by employer.
Requirements
  • Experience in the restoration industry required.
  • Office Management experience required.
  • Xactimate and Job scheduling experience required.
  • Demonstrated history of ability and growth in managing an office environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Very self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to multi-task.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Associate/bachelor's degree preferred.

Salary: $50k-$60k base.
