TDLMM is searching for driven, reliable, and enthusiastic Associate Attorneys to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be immersed in high-stakes litigation and will work closely with our senior attorneys to manage complex legal cases.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Representing clients at court appearances and depositions
  • Conducting legal research and drafting motions, pleadings, and briefs
  • Negotiating settlements
  • Collaborating with partners and senior associates on case strategy
  • Handling Special Civil Part cases from inception through trial
  • Appellate practice

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active state bar license
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in legal research databases and file organization
  • Ability to handle multiple cases and priorities effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated and driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving
