Senior Accountant

Annexus is a well-established, highly profitable, dynamic, fast-paced, hyper growth company in North Scottsdale. We have a unique opportunity for a strong accountant to join our collaborative, high performing accounting department.

Note this position is on-site in the North Scottsdale office.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, track, and enter all vendor bills into accounts payable system
  • Develop robust reporting package showing expenses by vendor
  • Prepare weekly ACH batches for payment & other miscellaneous payments
  • Review and approve all expense reports in T&E software for proper coding
  • Manage procurement process for all purchases company-wide
  • Reconcile accounts payable subledger to general ledger monthly
  • Maintain vendor relationships & investigate invoice/payment discrepancies
  • Track all vendor contracts & maintain vendor master file
  • Support month-end & quarter-end close processes
Qualifications
  • Conferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance, Economics or Accounting
  • 5+ years experience in prior accounting role and/or assurance & auditing preferred
  • Proficiency with all aspects of Microsoft Office suite (especially Microsoft Excel).
  • High level understanding/knowledge of AP procurement process
  • Excellent project/time management, verbal, and written communication
