Reach Truck Operator

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Shifts Available: 1st Shift, 3rd Shift, Weekend Shifts
Job Responsibilities:
- Safely load and unload products using reach trucks and forklifts, ensuring precise transport to storage areas, machines, and loading docks.
- Maintain forklift equipment by storing, fueling, cleaning, and performing light maintenance.
- Use RF scanners to accurately manage inventory and update records.
- Efficiently load Full Truck Load (FTL) and Less Than Truck Load (LTL) trucks.
- Stack, organize and move large bulk items within the facility.
- Ensure accuracy and proper documentation of product shipments.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
Requirements:
- One year of reach truck experience
- Proficiency in English (bilingual skills a plus)
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Basic numeracy for product identification
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Lift and move objects over 50 pounds regularly.
- Perform manual tasks including dexterity, standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, crawling, and climbing.
- Visual acuity including close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Work in a warehouse/distribution center with occasional outdoor exposure, including fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, vibration, and loud noise
