Responsibilities:
  • Lead the mobile development team in designing, developing, and deploying mobile applications for iOS platforms using React Native.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and backend development to deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Architect and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable code solutions that adhere to best practices and industry standards.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Drive the adoption of emerging technologies and best practices to enhance mobile development processes and productivity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize performance, reliability, and security.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in mobile development, and share knowledge and insights with the team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in mobile application development with expertise in React Native and iOS platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and ES6+ standards. Extensive experience with mobile UI frameworks and libraries such as React Native Elements, React Navigation, etc.
  • Solid understanding of iOS development concepts, frameworks, and architecture patterns. Experience with integrating third-party APIs, web services, and SDKs into mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile software development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. Experience leading and mentoring a team of mobile developers is highly desirable.
