Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

Our real estate office is seeking a transaction coordinator who can effectively assist our valued home buyers and sellers from contract to close. You’ll work to make sure home inspections are arranged, assist with escrow documentation, schedule inspection appointments and repairs, and assure offers and counteroffers are approved. Apply now Responsibilities: • Help agents, customers, and other parties with all escrow paperwork, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans • Acquire seller approval for offers and counteroffers from buyers to complete the process in a timely manner • Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly • Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance and keep track of transaction activity • Schedule moving times and attending all closing-related meetings • Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close • Make any necessary phone calls to aid in the process of closing the contract • Assists in any other office tasks as needed Qualifications: • Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service • Obtained real estate license or are currently pursuing • High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred • Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued • Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills • Candidates should understand time management and be able to complete all tasks in a timely fashion • One (1) year of title processing, abstracting or related settlement experience is preferred Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
