Job Title: CompounderJob Description Set up, operate, and monitor chemical manufacturing equipment. Measure, weigh, mix, and process chemical ingredients following established procedures to create finished products. Monitor batches for quality and customer parameters, including Critical Control Points and Control Points. Record production, sanitation, and test data accurately and legibly. Draw samples of products for quality tests. Fill containers with chemical products for sale or internal use. Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work areas according to company procedures. Promptly report all food safety, physical safety, and product quality issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Hard Skills Operating chemical production equipment Production experience in food, chemical, pharmaceutical, or similar scientific organizations Job Type This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s). Work Site This is a fully on-site position in NA, Wisconsin. Work Environment There are multiple openings at two facilities. Burlington Facility - 1956 S Pine St, Burlington, WI: 2 x 2nd shift - 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.; 2 x 3rd shift - 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Elkhorn Facility - 1001 E Centralia St, Elkhorn, WI: 1 x 1st shift - 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; 1 x 2nd shift - 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. 3rd shift position is Sunday through Thursday and the rest of the schedules are Monday through Friday.
