Job Title: Sales Order Processor

About the Role:
Vaco is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Order Processor to join our client's dynamic team in Santa Ana, CA. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of new orders into the company's ERP system, NetSuite. This position requires close collaboration with the sales and finance teams to manage order processing gaps and ensure timely and precise invoicing. Key Responsibilities:
  • Process new orders into the NetSuite ERP system with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to address any gaps or discrepancies in order processing.
  • Work with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing for all processed orders.
  • Monitor order workflows to ensure a smooth end-to-end process from entry to invoicing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order processing or system errors.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in order processing, sales support, or a related administrative role.
  • Proficiency with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large volumes of data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
