Create process plans for new projects. Provide quotations for new projects and tooling. Create and own APQP Documentation (Process Flow, PFMEA, & Control Plan) Provide technical guidance to cross functional team. Design and validate equipment, tooling, fixturing, and methods. Validate for manufacturability any changes in supplied parts or designs with calculations and testing Lead process improvement teams. What are we looking for?
