We are seeking an experienced Veterinarian to join our team at our AAHA-accredited Lake Buena Vista location in Orlando, Florida, bringing expertise, leadership and a passion for pet health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Practice in accordance with evidence-based medicine and the professional standards of care.
  • Assist in creation and implementation of continued enhancement of veterinary best practice guidelines.
  • Foster a culture of preventive healthcare through education, client partnerships, and NewDay Veterinary Care wellness plans.
  • Educate the paraprofessional team and clients while being an advocate for pet health and strengthening the human-pet bond.
  • Foster an inclusive and collaborative veterinary and resort support team by communicating medical standards, ethical practices, and veterinary knowledge and experience.
  • Exemplify our three Core Values: Passion, Innovation, and Community.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Veterinary (DVM/VMD) degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university
  • Current DEA License
  • Veterinary State License
  • At least three years of previous experience as a DVM; ability to run and grow a solo practice
  • USDA Accreditation preferable
