At Plato's Closet, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining efficient inventory operations. As the Inventory Specialist Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our inventory is processed accurately and efficiently. You will work with a team of Inventory Specialists, overseeing the daily processing of incoming inventory, putting together clearance events, coordinating floorset swaps, and executing various promotional events.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure proper inventory systems are being followed
  • Process incoming inventory and ensure timely clearance and markdowns
  • Coordinate and execute floorset swaps
  • Set up and manage promotional events
  • Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment and sales
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in retail or related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Strong leadership and team leading skills
  • Proficient in using computers and following training material
