Job Description:
  • We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead with over 10 years of solid experience in agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and specialized expertise in utilizing Jira as an Agile tool.
  • As an Agile Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of our projects by facilitating agile processes, guiding teams, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.
  • You will have the opportunity to lead and mentor cross-functional teams, contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Agile Leadership:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to agile teams, promoting agile values, principles, and best practices.
  • Ensure teams are aligned with the organization's goals and priorities.
Scrum Expertise:
  • Utilize your extensive Scrum knowledge and experience to coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members in Scrum practices and ceremonies.
Jira Specialization:
  • Leverage your expertise in Jira to optimize its usage for project management, sprint planning, and tracking.
  • Configure Jira workflows, boards, and dashboards to support agile processes efficiently.
Project Delivery:
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Remove impediments and obstacles that may hinder team progress.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by conducting retrospectives, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing changes to enhance team performance.
Stakeholder Communication:
  • Foster transparent communication among stakeholders, ensuring that project progress, risks, and issues are effectively communicated and understood.
Risk Management:
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, working with teams to develop risk mitigation plans and contingency strategies.
Performance Metrics:
  • Define and track key performance metrics and agile KPIs to monitor and improve team performance, productivity, and predictability.
Mentorship:
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to Agile teams, helping them grow in their understanding and application of agile principles.
Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including user stories, sprint plans, and release plans.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
  • Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP).
  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in Agile project management and delivery.
  • Proficiency in Jira and other agile management tools.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach to working with cross-functional teams.
