Our recruiting position plays a critical role in our company, and we need an individual with great interpersonal skills, detail oriented, is great at multi-tasking and time management. Availability: Full Time (Monday – Friday, 40 hours a week)Office Location: El Segundo, CA
Compensation: $20-$23 per hour plus uncapped commissions How will you help create a World Without Limits:
- Proactively sourcing active and passive candidates through resume databases, job boards, employee referrals, networking, and internal databases
- Sourcing, screening, reviewing resumes and conducting interviews
- Ongoing networking and relationship building with potential candidates
- Developing and executing creative recruiting strategies that generate new leads
- Supporting University and College recruitment efforts
- Communicating with candidates in a professional and timely manner
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Background in the following fields: Psychology, Child Development, ABA, Customer Service or Healthcare
- Ability to build relationships and create an exceptional experience for candidates
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Effective planning, organizational skills, time management and prioritization
- High attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)
