">The Role
">We are seeking an experienced Clinical Autism Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field, and 3 or more years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. A background in child development, early childhood education, or a related field is preferred.
">Duties and Responsibilities

- Provide 20 weekly hours of billable supervision to trainees during their first 4 weeks at Soar, and case supervisors preparing for the BCBA exam.">
- Host bi-weekly group training and discussion sessions for new trainees at their home center.">
- Build trainees' skill sets in ESDM practices and ABA strategies, including joint activity routines, responding to challenging behavior, data collection/documentation, and evidence-based teaching strategies.">
- Organize and host quarterly, center-level continuing education events for BCBAs and RBTs (attendance optional).">
- Collaborate with the Partner Clinician and Center Operations Director regarding RBT performance and needed performance improvement initiatives.">
- Achieve ESDM certification within 2 years of starting your role as a Clinical RBT Trainer.">
- ">
- $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.">
