Location: Houston, TX, 77061

Duration: 10 Months Contract (possible extension)

Pay rate: $28.98/hr on W2

50% travel

Must be local to Houston TX

Job Description:
  • This is a Field technician role that will be driving to the different auction sites to assist with any technical issues that arise.
  • Someone with knowledge of desktop hardware/software, telecom, wired/wireless networks, printing devices, and mobile phones (both IOS/Android).
  • Provisions and maintains end user computing devices (e.g. desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, and peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, fax and copy equipment).
  • Experience in installing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems, escalating to the responsible area with accurate information, and providing technical guidance and oversight.
  • Should have an excellent Customer Service record, exceptional written/verbal communication, ability to prioritize tasks, effective time management, and willing to travel/support two auction locations on opposite sides of the Houston metroplex.
