We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician II to join our team at TPI Staffing, Inc. in the Southwest Houston area. Job Summary

The Facilities Maintenance Technician II will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining equipment, facilities, and property at our location in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

About the Role
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including changing AC filters, coils, and other similar tasks.
  • Address and resolve urgent daily maintenance ticket requests from the dashboard to keep equipment and facilities operating safely and effectively.
  • Assist the primary supervisor in execution of daily work, including completing preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation.
  • Keep track of precise inventory of all types of tools comprising the maintenance asset stock.
  • Participate in daily huddles for your shift and clarify priorities daily for each maintenance activity assigned.
  • May be assigned a rotation to arrive early to work on maintenance tickets at least one day per week or as rotating technician on duty for weekends.
Requirements
  • High School Education Diploma/GED required.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
  • Past certifications and experience with forklift trucks, stock pickers, aerial lifts, etc.
  • Clean driving record and ability to be added to the company insurance.
  • At least 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment.
  • At least 1+ years experience in performing the role of facilities maintenance technician.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $23.00 - $32.00 per hour, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
