- Demonstrates thorough understanding of mental illness and provides clinical screening and full behavioral health evaluations of patients and referral to appropriate internal and external resources.
- Documents clinical services and maintains client medical records in a timely manner as required per policy.
- Provides face to face and phone crisis management services.
- Possesses understanding of the range of treatment needs of patients and community resources.
- Works independently and manages work time and resources effectively.
- Works effectively under pressure, prioritizing demands from multiple sources professionally.
- Exemplifies a team concept in behavior and communication.
- Possesses exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Meets productivity standards set by program manager at least 70% of the time.
- Interacts in a community setting working closely with other professionals and staff who are not part of Lourdes Health.
- Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the population, culture, and specific needs of the clients served.
