Key Responsibilities:
- On-Site Repairs: Perform on-site repairs and adjustments on custom stone installations, including countertops, backsplashes, and other stone features.
- Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: Accurately diagnose issues and determine the best course of action to repair and restore stone surfaces.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and explain repair processes, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all repairs meet the company's high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
- Tool and Material Management: Maintain and manage repair tools and materials, ensuring they are in good working condition and available for use.
- Documentation: Keep detailed records of all repair activities, including the nature of the issue, steps taken to repair, and any additional recommendations for the client.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing repairs on-site.

- Technical Skills: Proficient in using repair tools and equipment specific to stone fabrication and installation.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and repair issues effectively.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure repairs are completed to the highest standards.
