Job Title: Industrial Technician Job Description In this role, you will conduct inspections, maintenance, and repairs on electric overhead traveling cranes and hoists at various customer locations. You will provide on-call service, including after-hours support, as part of a rotation. Your responsibilities will also include troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, structural, and electronic issues on-site, performing post-repair audits to ensure safety features are functional, and documenting findings while recommending corrective actions. You will consult with customers on repair and safety issues and offer recommendations for material handling improvement. You will be expected to stay updated on industry codes and regulations (OSHA, ANSI, CMAA, HMI). The role also involves completing service reports and other required documents accurately and promptly, and maintaining company-issued equipment, vehicles, and assets in proper working order.
