As part of our commitment to delivering top-tier community association management software, Enumerate emphasizes rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure our products meet the highest standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading our QA team, developing and implementing testing strategies, and ensuring our software products meet both company standards and customer expectations. Superior communication and organizational skills are key for this role, as you will collaborate with executive team members and collaborators to guide strategy, set priorities, and identify dependencies. Overall, it is expected that 60% of the time will be with QA activities and 40% with leadership.

This role is remote and works an EST/CST time zone schedule (meetings are commonly 9-5pm ET). Targeted compensation is $75-85,000, depending on experience.

What you’ll do
  • Develop, implement, and maintain QA process and standards.
  • Design and execute test plan, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage and adherence to testing protocols.
  • Hands on performing manual tests, driving automation or other initiative.
  • Coordinate testing efforts and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Identify, track, and report on key quality metrics and issues.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements in QA methodologies and tools.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the QA process and implement innovative solutions.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of test cases, test results, and quality metrics.
  • Prepare and present QA reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of QA testers.
  • Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor team performance.

You should have
  • Required experience of 4+ years in quality assurance.
  • Standout candidates have experience in leading QA team and/or prior experience in transition from manual testing to automated testing.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, processes, and tools. TestRigor is what we utilize, with Cypress, Cucumber, Selenium being transferrable knowledge.
  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel less than 5% of the time, mostly for team meetings. 
  • Able to work in the US without sponsorship.
