Job Description

This position plays a crucial role during patient visits, working alongside dermatologists to ensure a smooth and efficient experience. Responsibilities include rooming patients, documenting vital information, scribing for dermatologists, providing post-operative wound care, drawing blood, removing sutures, cleaning and stocking exam rooms, and scheduling appointments. The medical assistant will also assist in various dermatological procedures such as surgical photographs, biopsies, excisions, electrodessication and curettage, Mohs surgery, phototherapy, injections, and more.

Hard Skills

  • Medical Assistant Certification

  • Experience in dermatological procedures

  • Proficiency in medical scribing
