Responsibilities:

  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA laws, CARF accreditation standards, and Maryland State Regulations.
  • Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to input data and complete regulatory documentation of client treatment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Escort patients to exam rooms, take vital signs, and document information in patient records.
  • Disinfect and clean treatment rooms, maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) or Certified Medical Assistant.
  • Two years of experience working with mentally ill adults preferred.
  • Highly developed organizational and communication skills.
  • Availability for work, including some evenings as needed.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
