Product Trainer

As a Product Trainer you will be responsible for multiple tasks that include developing a training system for ANGI customers, new hires, and Authorized Service Contractors. Key development areas include refining current training platform as well as producing informative content for new products and continuing education. Instruction is delivered utilizing remote platform. Travel may be required 25% or less. International travel required on a limited basis.
What You Will Do:
- Developing training content through an LMS platform that aligns with the organization’s objectives. This involves identifying training needs and determining appropriate delivery methods.
- Training delivery may require conducting classes on technical topics for extended periods of time in consecutive multi-day events.
- This role requires producing and delivering generalized and also customer specific presentations.
- Duties also include thorough assessments of trainees, conducting improvement surveys, maintaining training inventory, sourcing training materials, planning training events as well as equipment design changes.
- Other responsibilities involve maintaining accurate recordkeeping which includes attendance, certifications, development status and ensuring compliance throughout a network of remote contractors.
- Training may be conducted on site at customer locations, exposing you to hazardous gas compression equipment and 480V power distribution systems.
- Analyze equipment in field environments to produce content based on common equipment problems and recommended solutions.
