Type: Direct Hire Full-time

Location: Stockton, CA (Onsite for the first 6 months then Hybrid)

As a Tax Manager, you will:

  • Oversee and review the work of tax seniors and other team members.
  • Manage tax filings for partnerships (Form 1065), C corp (Form 1120), and S-pass-through entities (Form 1120S.)
  • Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to high-net-worth clients (Form 1040 and related schedules.)
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations.
  • Lead initiatives to improve tax processes and client satisfaction, contributing to the firm's growth.
Requirements

Our skills and experience wish list includes:
  • 5 years of experience in public accounting.
  • CPA Certification is mandatory.
  • Well-rounded generalist background with the ability to perform tax reviews.
  • Proficient in multi-state tax issues.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
