About The Job:
Ellianse seeking a highly skilled and motivated Help Desk Technician to join our dynamic IT team. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our internal staff and clients. Your exceptional problem-solving abilities and customer service skills will be critical in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high levels of user satisfaction.

In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, assisting with network connectivity problems, and providing guidance and training to end-users. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the organization's technology infrastructure remains operational and efficient.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line support to end-users, resolving technical issues in a timely manner
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
  • Assist with network connectivity issues and configure network equipment
  • Maintain user accounts and permissions, ensuring data security and confidentiality
  • Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems
  • Support remote users by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for equipment repairs and warranty claims
  • Maintain documentation of IT assets, software licenses, and user support requests
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred
  • Proven experience as a Help Desk Technician or in a similar technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft operating systems, Office Suite, and help desk software
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
